Its a very clean gym, not too crowded. Equipment are fairly new and have almost all the variations. Pirce is great as well.

I enjoy the back room alot. Its has mats covering the entire floor. You can close the door if you so choose and realy relax and stretch. A whole wall of mirrors give it a more spacious feal, although its a great size. More

Finally, a place that allows hour access This place is best for bodybuilders since its mostly weights, but if youre a bodybuilder, this place is awesome.

Excellent set up Owners have done a lot of upgrades and the place is super clean. Theres a uplifting culture there. Ive been to all the gyms over the years and this is the best deal in my opinion.

My favorite local gym The owners are amazing and have been working on upgrades and improving the gym. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and environment is really great here which makes going to the gym that much easier

The only half way decent gym in this town. Quite expensive for what you get but a monopoly is a monopoly. If a Crunch or a Planet Fitness ever opened in this city this and every other gym would cease to exist. The tanning salons would also go out of business overnight.
