Fairly open floor plan with lots of varied equipment. I prefer the squat racks, pull up bars and open space. My wife likes the varied machines as well for her work as a bodybuilder. Lots of other amenities. Check it out. Kudos for them for staying open with tight controls.

Love High Fitness On Saturday mornings at AM Its a High Intensity aerobics class Wide range age group Usually several instructors per class Instructors all super approachable. Exercise modifications included during the hour workout for most skillsets.

Ive been going here for a little over a year its got all the bells and whistles that a bigger gym typically has, and its always clean. I do wish they had some better membership options as getting a membership for more than one person gets to be a little more expensive than your average person is looking to pay.
