Trying to cancel my membership but my calls go directly to a voicemail that says they will reach out to me within hours... its been weeks and I have reached out times with no response. Once this issue gets resolved I will reassess my review but currently I am very unhappy with the costumer service.

Not even sure anyone works here Havent seen anyone in months. Adding to what everyone else says. Filthy and not kept well. The doors dont even lock.

Extremely dirty facility. The bath rooms have been this way for over months. I have contacted the owner twice and sent pictures. He said he would clean it up twice. He hasnt. The staff tell me he has not provided cleaning products even though they have asked for such. The staff dont wear masks.

This location now offers personal training by Nxt Lvl Fitness. This group of people is top notch. Definitely give them a try, you will learn so much about the art of working out and your own body in the process. Highly recommend trainers Maicol, Borce or Alex.

I have called and left messages and emails to cancel my membership and have heard nothing back for months. I moved and am nowhere near that location. I contacted my bank and they said Id have to cancel my debit card to stop the charges which is a major hassle. Learn customer service. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous.
