This is, without a doubt the perfect place for the over crowd to exercise. The equipment is designed for health, strength and perfect for recovery from surgery, injury, or getting healthy. You can go in Medford or Ashland.

For someone who hasnt exercised in years Thats me, and Im totally out of shape. For me to be able to go down. And get low impact exercises start with Lo and back exercises. Low impact exercises Is the perfect place to go if you have an exercise in years If you havent exercised in years.

I really enjoy Baxters Fitness, Medford. They just moved to this new location, but I have been attending for over years now Its a fun place to make new friends and enjoy exercising together. Geared to those years and beyond, but those with physical limitations are also welcome.
