Great workout. You get a great sweat in a laid back atmosphere. People are all very nice and the trainers are motivating without an overbearing personality. Excellent

Very small and cramped facility with aging and outdated equipment. No windows and it gets stuffy. Staff minimal and although friendly not very proactive. Lockerrestroom insufficient for getting ready for work. They sent me a bill for April although closed due to COVID, which floored me.

We absolutely love this place. Not only is it reasonably priced for a family, its locally owned and not pretentious. In addition, they offer a ton of cool classes and have a variety of personal trainers. If youre local to West Linn, consider dumping the chain and working out here.

Love this place, family friendly, great instructors that make the classes fun, fast and challenging. The owner makes sure the gym is clean, machines and weights are in working order, clients using proper techniques and he responds quickly if something is not right. I cant wait for the anitvirus reopening.
