No frills gym that may be disrespected by many gym elites, this place, nonetheless, offers an adequate array of workout machinery and space. Can be crowded at prime times but movement is essential to our health and well being. Get off the couch and go purple. You wont be judged.

The judgement free zone Try it out its great, nice staff very helpful. Price is Right. Has all the most state of the art gym equipment. Very clean, for the amount of traffic. Plenty of parking, plus handicapped parking spots. Go try it out, no muscle heads, just people trying to get in shape.

Very beautiful facility one of the larger ones Ive seen I did misplace my face mask and they did provide a free one upon checkin. I have relatives in town and always shop in tax free NH. Being a premium member has its bonuses such as tanning, massage chairs and hydro water lounge beds..
