Are you curious about Threshold Fitness? This fitness chain is a popular choice among consumers, as its located in Springfield, OR, United States. Even if you are skinny or fat, you can go to Threshold Fitness location in the area. Located in 2512 Oakmont Way suite a &b, Eugene, OR 97401, this Threshold Fitness is open six or seven days a week and you can check Threshold Fitness working hours from our operational hour table. Threshold Fitness offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.

There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. Threshold Fitness does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining Threshold Fitness, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a Threshold Fitness facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Threshold Fitness facilities and gyms.

I go to Threshold Fitness for pilates instruction with Jessica Ingalls. She was trained by Mary Bowen who was trained by Joseph Pilates. Jessica has all the equipment reformers, core aligns, and a vast variety of props. Youll get your moneys worth

Absolutely love working out at this gym and with this group Wobbs and her team have different workouts everyday that test you both physically and mentally, no matter what your fitness level is. There is never a dull moment, and the variation in workouts, along with the personal training you receive just cant be beat
