They will jack your rates up without notice, tell you theyll refund it and wont do it and when you cancel, charge you for another month after you cancel you membership take your key fob too and try to tell you your contract is FOUR More

A good workout space with good equipment at a fair price. hour availability is nice, especially being the only gym open Sunday Morning. Not warm enough

Used this gym a few times when in the area. Really nice setup, especially for lifters. Plenty of rack space and barbells for squats and deadlifts. The owner is really responsive on Facebook and helpful in getting us access when were visiting. Being open hours is a huge plus

Great prices for memberships Love that I was able to go in at any time. I was a little nervous my first time, so i went in very early in the morning. It was amazing Made me feel comfortable enough to work out, that I ended up confident enough to go in at normal times. It helped me so much
