Went there to sign up for a new membership. I had to do everything through their app. I hate doing things through apps. Was signing up. Put in my debit card information. Then I needed to put in my checking account and routing number. There is no reason for me me to provide that information if they already have my debit card info.

Charged me late fees for months because there was a problem with my bank account even though they were able to charge my account for the late fees. Absolute nonsense and very unhelpful about correcting the situation.

I drive miles to come to this gym over Williamsport less crowded cleaner and I dont know what the problem is with people saying staff isnt friendly because theyve always been more than helpful I will say that not having key cards as a pain because not everybody can download the app for various reasons
