Great place for a hard core lift. Definitely a place to push and pull real weights. Full line of leveragehammer machines. Great group of people pushing people. Glad I dropped in.

I love Jeff and Theresa. They make you feel like we are a whole big family. But this gym is hardcore, nothing like Planet Fatness. There is a very chill atmosphere and there training is a good place to start.

Jeff, the owner, is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. The whole crew there is extremely friendly and make everyone feel welcome as a safe space. The atmosphere is pretty chill and everyone is friendly. This isnt a McGym like hour fitness or Planet Fitness though, people are there to work not socialize mostly .

The owner is very nice and helpful, he knows his stuff and will assist you if you arent sure. The other lifters are very kind and will try to stay out of your way. The gym is clean, music is great, and equipment is all in working order.
