Alpha is an amazing place to go workout, great atmosphere, great owner, great people all around. Definitely a place to go if youre tired of an overrated gym that you feel out of place. You just feel like youre family when youre there. Jeremiah has to be the best gym owner in the area.

The gym is decent and overall OK but its not a place I can see myself staying at. I tried it out with a friend and he seems to like it but its not my cup of tea. I come to work out leave but there was more people just using it as a hang out spot more than anything. to each their own
