Great place, I tried getting in shape before for years I did Marshall arts up to x a week but this place really helps. I try to go x a week and the people, not just the trainers really try to help out each other. My first time in everyone was a smiling face.

Great environment, was greeted at the door and felt welcomed right away. Wide variety of cardio machines and WODs are challenging and fun. Best gym in West Chester hands down.

I had trouble finding the right gym. Other places were all about the money. Brian is a very nice guy and explained the process well to me and makes sure you understand whats going on. Great atmosphere and clean gym.
