Amazing facilities. Great instructors. The whole package for every skill level. You never get the impression that you dont belong as everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for all fitness levels. Amy Fox is a standout instructor. Her Warrior Sculpt class is not to be missed

I had a full minutes massage with Timothy. The whole experience was superb, starting from the quick check in and welcoming staff and the massage. He really knew where to press and felt every soar muscle I had, top to bottom.

The cafe is wildly over priced. Got two salads both were surprisingly with wilted lettuce, nasty tomatoes, and solid brown avocado.
