Have been training there about months now. Matt is a knowledgeable and good coach. Everyone there is very humble and willing to help teach what they know. I always feel welcome and there is a positive atmosphere. Will be training here for many years.

This gym is beyond amazing, clean, great size gym. Also great for all ages Matt is amazing with all the kids. The environment very family friendly. I would never take my kids anywhere else.

This gym is great for both adults and children. Coach Matt really looks out for everyone and treats everyone like family. I truly enjoy the kickboxing class. My husband and I are able to do class together. Our son loves being little bee. This is the gym to be at.
