The salt cave sound bath experience was amazing this past Saturday. It was relaxing and peaceful, and for the rest of the day I felt like a brand new person. Just laying in the salt cave was relaxing with the meditation music playing in the background. I cant wait for another event like this

The Navigating Yoga class is amazing As a yoga novice, I do appreciate that the instructor, Maria, is patient and willing to let me work at my own pace. I highly recommend this to anyone just starting out in yoga. You will love this class
