My daughter is months old and goes to the Y monfri. The staff are excellent with her and greet her every single morning. They do an amazing job with not only my daughter but also the varius ages of other children who are there. Its the best piece of mind to know she is safe and in great hands.

Okay if you like old school and grungy, hours could be better... at least be open until . There are alot of options for work outs and not always crowded. Biggest downside is their staff likes to just not show up to the child watch room More

My daughter Cara adores Ms Faith who does a wonderful job teaching and caring for her. Her speech is excellent now and so is her confidence. Great program and a full day of activities from swimming to art work. We are very grateful .

Gym staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment is plentiful, in good condition, and up to date. No real waiting to use anything Other patrons are appropriately friendly not intrusive, but polite.
