The most unfit owners. If you are serious about fitness or lifting or compete in anyway there are a lot more better gyms to go to.

This is a nice size gym. The equipment they use is good, and they have quite a lot of machines. Along with a large open room down stairs to use for other cardio like exercises.

Absolutely love this gym. It is kept extremely clean, has a wide variety of machines and equipment and if you hit it early its usually pretty empty and quiet. There is also a large open room downstairs, great for yoga or your own routines. Showers are available as well as lockers
