The Les Mills classes are great. A nice atmosphere for women to go and work out. The eucalyptus sauna is a nice finishing touch to working out too.

Love this gym. Many classes to pick from. Met many fantastic women here who have added extra fun to the workouts. Any woman looking for a gym should definitely seek out Figure Firm.

NOT A WOMENS GYM BEWARE My wife loved going here until we learned that they allow men into the gym to teach classes. You cant be a womens gym and allow men in for any reason. More

This gym offers the newest releases of Les Mills classes such as body pump and combat. You can drop in for a workout and pay a fee for the day. Bring your own yoga mat to use for the class and arrive early as there is a limited amount of good weights, bars and steps to use for class.

I have been going to Figure Firm for years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will helpencourage you on your fitness journey. They have a variety of classes you can take and I love using the sauna and eucalyptus rooms. They have plenty of equipment to use and the gym is very clean.

They have a wonderfully varied class schedule as well as all the gym equipment you need Figure firm also holds fun events for members as well as non members like sweat a thons, paint nights and most recently a holiday shopping night
