I was in town visiting family, and found this place. I was veey impressed with the owner and his wife. They were so helpful and nice. The gym is great it has all new equipment and has eveeything else you need to workout with. It was nice meeting you while in town, and glad i found you for next time I am in town.

Mr. Jeff smiley has to be one the finest people I have every met in my life. He is intelligent, kind, and funny. If it wasnt for him I would have never joined the cross country or track teams. Thank you for having a positive impact on my life.

Best and newest equipment by years. Owner is personable. The gymgoers put weights back and are respectable. The place does not stink and sink into your cloths. Its worth the min extra drive for me If your considering gyms come here first.

He also has created a very friendly lifting environment that everyone should consider becoming a part of. He has the newest and cleanest equipment and owns the best gym in Lawrence county by far.
