Very clean gym, of course. Lots of exercise equipment along with a stretching area. I really like it here.

Good atmosphere to work out, all equipment works properly, can be busy right after work. Check the crowd meter on the website if you dont like the stress of there being too many people.

The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. There is a variety of equipment to use. I really like the massage chairs and hydro beds.

The kids running the gym dont care about sanitation at all. Half the paper dispensers are empty, cleaner bottles empty, no one is wiping equipment after using it. The tanning bed and booth are both disgustingly dirty. One of the fans in the booth are broken off and the touch screen doesnt even work.

For the price you get so much Its a friendly and clean atmosphere where you can always get a great work out. The chair and hydromassage machines are marvelous and are a wonderful way to finish out your visit. You can definitely come as you are and feel comfortable.

Ive always had a great workout and the atmosphere is wonderful. The affordable membership and access to lockers and hot showers is so nice. All the employees Ive interacted with have been friendly. Thank you for keeping it so clean and welcoming

I have the Black Card membership which allows for the use of all locations highly recommended btw and have worked out at several PFs. Some are better than other and this is one of the better ones. Very clean, new equipment and friendly staff. Its located in a strip mall so plenty of parking. Lets go get in shape
