This gym has alot of equipment for Cardo or weight lifting. It is clean and usually organized. Like all gyms there are busy times and not so bust times.

I have worked out here since it first opened. Everything is always super clean, tanning beds are great, the staff are super nice, and the equipment is always in good shape.
