They have a fantastic pool, the equipment is well maintained and cared for, the gym and lighter rooms are always clean, and the people are friendly Ive joined many gyms over the years and this has by far been my favorite

This is a great workout facility Theres everything you could want here weights, classes, a pool, good machines, nice locker rooms, and even a juiceprotein drink bar The people are great, and its a nice atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable too. Every time Im in York visiting, I work out here.

I love this gym Its family friendly and has many amenities. The staff and class instructors are all excellent and very friendly I love the Body Blast class Its a great workout Ive been a member here for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else Its Home and the owners are like family to me
