Steam room out of service, hours of operation make no sense they close waayy too early as if people dont have to go to work during normal hours, no towels anymore. And yeah, go ahead, blame it all on covid. More

Very clean n nice I was able to get a day pass on Saturday because I live in NYC n wanted to workout way nicer than the gyms I have back home the person at the desk was very helpful in letting me just be there for the day and I didnt really care what the price was it was just a nice place to be in

The manager Kendra makes you sign a contract without giving you a copy. The gym doesnt care about their customers, privacy or safety. They will not answer any of your requests, will ignore your calls and text, and then will gladly keep charging you without an answer.

Like if its not early enough for a gym to close at pm on weekdays, they actually cannot wait till and by they turn lights off regardless of people still working out Yes you read that correctly THIS GYM CLOSES AT pm on weekdays LOL
