They do not do open gym which is sad because me and my brothers are looking for a place to train... that is local

Went to my granddaughters first gymnastics meet today. Very disappointed. There was not enough room to sit so we sat on the floor. I am not a young women.

A wonderful family run gym with a focus on safety while developing the recreational or competitive gymnast.

If you have a boy interested in gymnastics he will be wasting his time here. They dont allow boys to compete or offer competition. I feel they leave boys out in the cold.

Great team building and girl empowerment. Good for conditioning and muscular strength. Also teaches young kids to perform in front of an audience.
