I Will Weight Loss & Fitness

We are a small group and personal training studio owned and operated by Laurie and Brad Smith. We have each been in the fitness industry over years and have seen a lot of changes, not necessarily for the better, so we decided that we wanted to offer an alternative to the impersonal big box gym and provide a more service type environment with more affordable rates than other training studios. We train everyone based on their fitness level, which we evaluate on the first visit, and also provide nutritional eating program. Our program is designed to burn fat and increase lean muscle tissue to increase metabolism. Give us call to schedule a complimentary consultation and training session.

They work with your fitness level. The work outs are challenging but modified when needed. Definitely recommend. You wont find another gym that the owners actually care about each individual.

This place is amazing Ive finally found a gym where I dont feel uncomfortable being there. Brad and Laurie are great, and have helped me tremendously in my weight loss journey. No matter what your fitness level is they can help you reach your goal. I definitely recommend this place
