Best equiped gym i have ever experienced. Ive seen plenty. POWERHOUSE, NYSC, EQUINOX. Just lose the Fox Network on the majority of the TVs

LifeFit is a first class, Hospital owned fitness center, with Cardiac Rehab and Physical Therapy under one roof. Team of professionals assisting members all have graduate and under graduate degrees. Great programs and personal training available. Highly recommend.....

I go here to get physical therapy for a recent total knee replacement. The staff is professional, courteous, and give you a complete and beneficial workout. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any type of physical therapy or training
