Young man at the desk was very polite, helpful. Looked clean. Customers seemed happy. Not very busy .Wish I could prepay for yr. Black card.

I love going to this planet fitness because they never judge me and always welcome me with a great attitude and no judgement. If you need any help they do not hesitate on helping and very safe and sanitary.

I am an early morning riser and this place is rarely crowded. Plenty of equipment, plenty of space to work out on your own

Staff is very friendly and helpful, not crowded so there is plenty of free equipment for use. Spoke with the trainer, Queen. She was very helpful getting me started on my fitness journey and has a lovely personality.

Dave and the staff are awesome. Its a big gym, I dont have to wait on machines. They keep it clean Locker rooms are good. Great place to work out.

The planet fitness i go to bush river road SC is probably the best i have been. Mr. David is soo good, i love the way he talks to customers and the warmth he has when sees someone check in is just an awesome feeling. Not only him but the rest of his team is also very happy and cheering always. Good job guys

The manager harasses your for eyewear and uses the facility like he owns the place. He has white hair and a white beard. Would not recommend coming here ever Im not sure why I have to physically show this inexperienced manager with ZERO More

Facility needs better management, facility need to follow all rules and regulations as far as cleaning and general duties. A family should be where you go for peace and a good workout not for staff to seem like they pick on certain people. Not for me. If I pay money for something I deserve respect, something some of us lack

Seems well maintained and staff appears nice but is NOT wearing masks to protect others and keep germs to themselves, glad this location is not my home gym. Garners ferry staff has no problem masking up in a pandemic and I appreciate them more for respecting me and my health so I prefer that location even though it is smaller.
