I love the variety of classes offered pilates Barre, Foundation, Bodyflow,Yoga. All classes accommodate your level of ability. Love its of machines available also. Great gym and friendly place.

I have been a member of this gym since Columbia Athletic closed. It has a great variety of classes as well as exercise equipment downstairs and upstairs. The staff is energetic and interested in the client. Compared to other gyms in town this gym has the most variety for the best price.

Have been a member at this location for many years now. The location is very convenient for me and this gym has everything that I need. Lots of good cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Also great yoga, pilates, etc classes. And the staff is very friendly Great gym
