The workouts are excellent The attached videos Make it pretty easy to figure out new movements and stretches. I also find the tips and suggestions very helpful in creating positive life habits.

I dont have much to say about it except that Ive been coached by Heath on and off for over years, hes better today than he ever was, and he was always great Knowledgeable and inspiring.
