The staff is great. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Im really glad i joined. The massage chairs are great after being on my feet for hours, then my workout. Its a great way to end my day. Id recommend this gym to anyone looking to get or stay in shape.

Customer service is great The membersguests do not clean the machines after they use them. Very FRUSTRATING Maybe they need more staff to monitor, to redirect them or cancel their membership for not following policies and procedures they agreed and signed their names to when they got their membership.

Brian, the Hilton Head Manager, Lee, Steven, Dave, Rachel, etc are all great and seem to be a cohesive team under Brians leadership. He is a real asset. The gym is kept very clean, well stocked members are friendly. The new vast variety of equipment is tops love the hydro massage as well. Keep up the good work
