Super clean gym with a great lifting environment. They have a lot of specialty equipment from Safety Squat Bars to Deadlift Bars. There are a ton of Ohio power Bars, bands and chains. I personally train conjugate style and this gym facilitates this. Several other power lifters also which are helpful and encouraging.

Excellent gym. Kelly is fantastic at responding promptly with any questions or concerns. Gym itself has everything you could possibly need. Always kept clean. And never over crowded.
