Charged me while they were closed during COVID. When they wouldnt refund me I reversed the charges. Pivotal sent my account to a collections agency and took hours of my time over the period of months to resolve. These folks are shady and will literally rob you within whatever constraints theyre allowed.

Been coming here for years and always have had a great experience. Changed from north shore to pivotal fitness but I love what they have done with the place. Nice variety of equipment, great selection of classes being offered, and a clean facility. Highly recommend

Very professional gym with great communication throughout the whole staff. Colin, one of the front desk employees is great at helping new clientele who walk through the door and makes sure to keep the place clean and well kept. Doing this all on a respectable and timely manner.

If I could give zero stars I would Buyer beware. They lock you into a contract and when you try to cancel, you can not cancel on site. They force you to email and call and provide ridiculous amounts of documentation to cancel.
