Been going here about months now and I cant get enough. A good growing box with dedicated staff and friendly athletes as well as strong and varied programming and affordable membership prices. Id highly recommend this for anybody looking to do Crossfit in the North Charleston area

Love it here. Have seen a ton of improvements in my abilities and its due to the patient and persistent coaching. Great equipment, great coaching and one of the best Crossfit communities. Everyone is pulling for each other and its such a great mix of young and old, super athletic and just beginning.

Great coaches. Useful WODS. Equipment in great shape. Box is extremely open with plenty of space to perform movements without being on top of each other. Best box I have been to in the United States.
