iRock Fitness is a group fitness class led by motivating instructors. Each class is minutes in length with independent zones of focus lasting minutes each with a stretch session following the class. Each class includes treadmills, bikes, rowers, TRX Suspension Training, resistance bands, and kettlebell training. Showers, a visible kids waiting room, and smoothie bar are also included. iRock Fitness also offers individual and small group private workouts, nutrition support, workout planning, and results guides administered by certified Personal Trainers.

Coaches and staff are very friendly and encouraging. Training sessions are challenging but fun and can be scaled to meet any level of fitness. Facility is super clean too.

iRock offered a challenging workout that definitely pushed me to my limits. Because each individual exercise is selfpaced, each person can choose how hard to push themselves, which is a great way to learn how to dig deep. I enjoyed my workout and Id love to take another class in the future
