Great location and great gym. Wide variety of equipment and the gym is clean. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The vibe is good there and that is key.

This is a good small gym to help get you into a better physical lifestyle. They offer personal trainers and several types of fitness classes. The only problem I encountered was a small amount of changing roomsshowers

I have been going here for about months and it is always clean and the equipment has always been in good working condition. The staff is helpful and informative. They and the members make me feel welcome and comfortable when I am there. Equipment availability has never been a problem for me.

Love this place Good variety of machines and friendly staff. I workout a lot late at night so I just wish there was a way I could mute or control the music since Im always the only one there. The downtown Spartanburg location is larger with more selection of machines and friendly staff but I like this location for the convenience.
