This is a new gym and its the best crossfit gym around Coach Charles is great. They have a class for everyone and the attitude and environment here is so supportive and encouraging.

Just started my membership maybe a month ago. Absolutely love it here. Very calm and laid back environment. Staff is always eager to help. And its an easy location right beside my work on .

This has changed to IronHouse. It has some SM equipment, but only what pieces are left over from other CF gyms. They are inexpensive and somewhat clean, which for most, like myself is not anything to deter from visiting. They have a stairmaster, belt squat, rouge equipment. It is worth a visit.
