Its a decent gym but you should be warned, the owner of this place is a lawyer and hes made it almost impossible to quit your membership without costing you a hundred plus dollars.

Highly recommend the Firm Top of the line equipment and great staff. Atmosphere is laid back, family friendly and positive energy. Membership fees are also very reasonable

You can tell how a gym is by how they invest in equipment. Loved this atmosphere and old school feel. Enoyed finding this gem while in town, for a few days. Recommend Spartanburg nutrition after for a good smoothie.

We absolutely love The Firm and have been going for several years now. I love when I find a new piece of equipment added. I also love the gym family and how everyone is kind. Theres no gym drama. You can go in to work out and not feel out of place at all. Thanks for having the best gym around
