I absolutely love this place. I have memberships at other gyms but nothing compares. This is a Christian based gym that plays upbeat Christian music throughout the gym. It is always so clean here and the staff is so nice and helpful. More

This place is great. Lots of classes for the retired for sure. Christian oriented which is great also. Love the I instructors

Simply the best gym in Spartanburg. Affordable, clean, great Instructors like Shawn Tonya just to name two. Will work with you whatsoever your pace from beginner to advanced. The pool hot tub are my favorites. Highly reccomend
