F Sumter is a life changer for me. Take it from someone who never worked out and was scared to even try, you will be hooked. Not only by the relationships you make, but by the workouts themselves. Dont let your fears get in the way of trying, the trainers are there to help you every step of the way

This gym is amazing. You are in and out in minutes, and you go in and its all laid out for you. No having to get your weights or look up your workout for the day. Its done for you and you can burn upwards of calories a class If you try this gym, you will not be able to go anywhere else

I did some work in this place when it was first being built. The owners are very nice and it seems like a pretty cool place with a great fitness program the functional is high intensity workout for sec and sec off seems to work well for a few ppl I know.
