I was trying to sign in via the app had some trouble asked for help, one guy looked perplex and the other stepped up and assisted me. Bathrooms were clean. For the most part, it seemed everyone tried to follow the covivid cleaning protocol by wiping down the equipment however some did not.

Dont provide any towels, or locks in their locker room, you have to buy a padlock and hand towel. Not for serious gym people, very few cable machines, no medicine balls, no barbels, very few free weights etc. wont be back

Tried to cancel our membership in the middle of the month guy at Planet Fitness told us wait until the first of the month so we did. When we cancelled it the first of the month, our annual fee came out that same day, they would not credit it back for us. Got a snow job from manager Never again
