This place is awesome So motivating, inviting, and fun You dont have to have EVER worked out before to join Boot Camp. The coaches are top notch, and guide you and motivate you to keep pushing yourself. Its an absolute blast

Good workout. I never will do it myself, so having someone give me instruction and other people doing the workout also helps with motivation. Fridays are tough so Wednesdays are my favorite.

Ive never been a morning person, but waking up for the am killer workouts has been FUN and rewarding. Literally anyone of all sizes and strength levels can come. We motivate each other and cheer each other on. This is one of the best decisions and places Ive been this year hands down
