I want to give this place a bad review because I dont want people to come here. But its a nice gym. Small, but all the equipment you need.

Great place. Mark the owner and the staff are always extremely helpful and willing to answer workout routine questions. Good equipment and located downtown right next to my work. Thumbs Up

Great place to work out and a clean friendly enviroment, staff is helpful to assist and answer questions. Good assortment of free weights, machine weights and cardio equipment. Tanning beds are always clean very accessible.

The facility is nothing fancy, with a healthy smattering of treadmills, nautilustype machines and some free weights. They have a good squat rack and plenty of plates, however keep in mind the bench press is nonadjustable and they do not allow the use of chalk Always plenty of clean towels though Leaving gym due to relocating.

Very clean and wellmaintained gym. Though the equipment is somewhat older, it is in great shape. Facility has locker rooms free towel service. We would definitely visit this place again.
