Visited Flex Gym, very powerlifter friendly, has a combo rack, good barbells, and good plates. Good amount of equipment too. Has an aux system as well.

This gym is stocked with equipment for powerlifting, strongman and the average gym goer. I was visiting Sioux Falls and was able to be let in on short notice by the owner. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an atmosphere for intense training.

I am a strength coach local to DFW, and I have a client who travels a lot. It is a concern he wont find a decent strength gym when he travels, but this gym is great. I hope to open one like it one day.

Went back in November of while I was visiting family in Sioux Falls for Thanksgiving. Took me a while to finally remember to write a review for this place but this gym is awesome. Great equipment, ideal atmosphere, and the whole old school vibe is cool too
