Flexibility is very important to me. At Hotworx I can workout at my own time. I love the variety of workout classes plus the Sauna. Heat is so good for my muscles and joints while burning calories at the same time. Staff are so friendly and this applies to Hotworx in Lakeland TN as well.

Signed up for the month trial discounted rate, they called me. After wanting to cancel after the months I am told you must give day notice. What So for your month trial youre essentially locked in for months. The fine print ya know. Terrible policy, poor customer experience.
