Were glad its a nice and quiet community place to work out. Basketball for our son, and the free garage parking when parking is full is a nice touch.

I have been a member here for almost years. I love to lift weights, and this gym has great equipment. They have plenty of dumbbells, and they are constantly updating their machines. There arent many places that update and keep up with their equipment like the downtown ymca
