Very unsanitary gym With everything thats going on now a days with the virus, I would not feel safe exercising there. Never seen the owner clean or disinfect.

Smaller gym, but has the essentials to get it done. I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed lifting here while I was not able to go to my home gym for about weeks. If youre looking for a new gym or a change of pace, I would stop by .

When looking for a place to workout, my husband and I considered the bigger wellness centers, but after meeting with Eric and seeing his dedication to fitness, we opted for memberships to Energy Fitness. This place is spotless and while it lack the bells and whistles of the larger gyms, it has everything we need for our workouts.

Got a week pass to this gym while visiting the area. Great experience, exactly what I needed. Owner was great to work with, price was really reasonable. Clean, quiet, access anytime. Variety of equipment, something for everyone. I really enjoyed the treadmill with the incline.
