Best gym and best owner of a gym of anywhere. Great environment, great people and the best equipment. If you are wanting to actually get solid workout in and be with motivating people this is it.

It is a very big hassle to cancel a membership. They took out of my account on two occasions because my friend didnt pay and they happened to have my card info on file. They refuse to give it back and it takes over a month to cancel.

This is a fantastic place to work out even if you are a beginner or already in very good physical shape. The trainer here Marlene Thomas has helped me tremendously and the equipment is in fantastic shape
