Friendly staff, clean environment for the age of the building and good overall atmosphere for a gym. Also it isnt overly crowded which is a plus.

Staff is wonderful and the gym is wellstocked with new equipment. Raquetball, weights, classes, its all here. If you cant get it done here, you cant get it done.

In my opinion, this is the best place in Kingsport to work out. They have all the Nautilus equipment, and free weights as well. The staff is great, and the rates are reasonable.
