I have been going to SL Fitness for months now and absolutely love it The coaches are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun. The workouts change daily and you will never do the same one twice. This gym has a very large team feel to it, which is so motivating. Its my favorite part of the day

I could not recommend South Landing more Ive loved my time here, and the community is super welcoming. The coaches are so knowledgeable, and I always, always feel comfortable. Definitely worth looking into if you are looking for a new gym.
