West Side Family YMCA

The West Side Family Y is one of branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee, which has been serving our community since . With an indoor and outdoor pool, cardio exercise equipment, free weights and heavy lifting, group fitness classes like Yoga and Spin, an indoor basketball gym, Child Watch while you work out, and youth and senior programs, theres something for everyone. As a charitable community organization, the Y is for all, regardless of race, age, religion, or background, giving everyone an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Cant get the director of the after school program or Tonya to respond to anything. Have emailed multiple times with no response. Very unprofessional considering Im not being responded too about money Ive already spent with them.

Ive always loved this pool. Family oriented, clean friendly staff. I hate that there is talk of getting rid of the outdoor pool next year. So sad

If I could leave negative stars I would definitely leave car got broken into why I was there they did nothing but say it happens daily at least three cars daily. I would not go here or any of there clubs or Pay for their membership if a place like that cant afford security then they dont need member. Absolutely terrible place

Not only has the West Side Y rebuild the outdoor pool and build brand new locker rooms, they have recently resurfaced the indoor pool and added new lockers to the indoor locker room. Its wonderful The new lockers are great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Beth at the front desk. This is a wonderful facility.
